Shipping and Packaging

Do you ship internationally?

How are ceramics packaged?
Each piece is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in sturdy cardboard boxes. I haven’t had any issues with breakages, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me. Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How long will my order take to ship?
Shipping times vary by destination:
  • UK: usually 2–5 working days
  • EU: usually 5–10 working days
  • US: usually 7–14 working days
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number within 48 hours of your order being dispatched
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are listed at checkout and kept as low as possible.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
Please contact me if your parcel is lost or if your piece arrives damaged. I’ll review each case individually.
I live in the EU. Will I be charged VAT, taxes or customs duties?
Yes. Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, items shipped from the UK to EU countries are treated as imports. Buyers are usually charged import VAT by their local customs authority before delivery.

The amount of VAT depends on the country you live in and the type of item. For most artworks, a reduced VAT rate of around 5% applies in many EU countries.

Import VAT is collected by customs or the courier (such as DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail), and you’ll be asked to pay it directly before receiving your parcel.

Customs duties will not apply to original artworks, sculptures, or handmade pieces.

If you’d like further details, please contact me and I can provide guidance based on past orders similar to yours.
Do you offer local pickup for orders?
Yes. Local pickup is available within London. Please contact me if you’re interested.
I live in the US. Will I be charged VAT, taxes, or customs duties?
o Original artworks shipped from the UK are generally exempt from customs duties.

Occasionally, U.S. Customs may incorrectly apply a duty, usually around 10%. If this happens, you can dispute the charge and request a refund.

If you’d like further details, please contact me and I can provide guidance based on past orders similar to yours.
